| The company signed in January 2010 a Joint Alliance Agreement with the UK based Clere Group with subsidiary companies, founded in 1978. |  |
| The company and its employees represent nearly 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of technical electronic products. |

| By identifying business opportunities for new technologies in emerging markets at an early stage, we introduce new suppliers where possible. This preparation allows us to fulfil customer requirements by immediately demonstrating the technical, performance and cost benefits the moment they are ready to migrate to newer technology on the development of new projects. |

| The Alliance Agreement with Clere UK was in May 2010 expanded to include support and supply of logistics services. Clere Electronics Scandinavia AS will through this agreement get ISO 9001:2008 quality management for their procurement, storage and delivery of electronic and electromechanical components to its Scandinavian customers. |  |
